Application and suitability review
We review the product and pack characteristics, operating environment, required services and production objective. Further dimensions, photos or samples may be requested where needed.
Availability and scope
If a relevant rental option can be considered, we discuss availability, configuration, proposed period, delivery assumptions and who is responsible for preparation, operation, cleaning and return.
Written rental agreement
Rental charges, deposit or security requirements, logistics, insurance, damage responsibility, support scope and other commercial terms must be accepted in writing before the rental is confirmed.
Project completion and return
At the end of the agreed period, the equipment is cleaned, prepared and returned as required by the agreement. Extensions are subject to availability and written confirmation.
